
Mango Lassi (Indian Beverage) recipe - 180 calories
Ingredients:
3 fresh mango, cubed
9 fluid ounces yogurt
4 1/2 fluid ounces milk
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
Preparation:
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 2 minutes (or until smooth).
2. Pour into glasses and serve.
